The Commonwealth Building is a well-known piece of modern architecture in Portland designed by Pietro Belluschi. Using design elements inspired by the recently renovated spaces and the famous mural inside the lobby, the brochure used to market the sale of this property honored the style and personality of it's creator. It was also meant to attract a particular type of buyer.
